Overview

Aesthetic and functional restoration of premolars presenting with caries and marginal breakdown. After rubber dam isolation and caries control, adhesive bonding and incremental composite layering were used to recreate proximal contacts, cusp inclines, and occlusal grooves. Finishing and polishing restored gloss and a seamless transition with surrounding enamel.

What Our Patient Says

Posterior composites can do more than close a cavity — they restore contact, anatomy, and natural translucency while preserving maximum tooth structure. With proper isolation and layering, the result looks and functions like a healthy tooth.

“I can chew comfortably again, and the fillings blend perfectly. You can’t tell which tooth was treated.”
